Access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these all Terms and Conditions. They apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use 3Decals services or products. By using 3Decals you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through 3Decals, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase. We will not sell your information to others.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Shipping Policy
3Decals is the original manufacture of all our decals, we stock all colors of 3M™ Scotchlite Reflective Vinyl used in our decals. Most stock items shown on our website will ship within 48 hours (or 2 business days) Monday-Friday , not including holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Custom decals usually ship with a week, once the design and artwork is approved by the customer. Occasionally at the request of the customer we use a non stock material. This can cause a shipping delay.
An email is generated when your ordered has been processed and sent to the shipper-usually the USPS unless another shipper is requested by the customer.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping-USPS w/tracking-. This option guarantees 3Decals will be responsible for the delivery of your package. If a package or its contents are lost or damaged in shipping please contact us via email immediately using tracey@3decals.com.
If your decals or package is damaged, please contact us immediately at tracey@3decals.com. Send the package back to us, once verified the damage is due to shipping or manufacture defect, your shipping charges will be returned to you and replacement decals will be sent. All items must be in original packing as you received them in order to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Free Shipping-USPS with tracking applies to all orders over $60.00
UPS or Fed Ex is available upon your request. Please email us your request along the the shipping address so we can quote you a price. This option will delay the shipment of your decals.
Return/Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange on any items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
No custom orders are available for exchange or return unless a manufacturing defect has occurred. If there is a defect in manufacturing please contact us immediately at tracey@3decals.com.
Please mail the effected items back. They will be evaluated and compared to original design proof provided to you prior to placing an order. This applies to all decals, custom plaques or any other custom items. If a defect or manufacturing error has been found, your item will be corrected and replaced at no cost to you. We will also ship your corrected items back to you for free and will credit you back any shipping charges you incurred returning it to us. When shipping a product back to us, we recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and insure products you plan to return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment.
