Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this)days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

3Decals is the original manufacture of all our decals, we stock all colors of 3M™ Scotchlite Reflective Vinyl 680 used in our decals. Most stock items shown on our website will ship within 48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Custom decals usually ship with a week, once the design and artwork is approved by the customer. Occasionally at the request of the customer we use a non stock material. This can cause a shipping delay.
An email is generated when your ordered has been processed and sent to the shipper-usually the USPS unless another shipper is requested by the customer.
Standard Shipping USPS $2.95 No verification of delivery is available for this option. By choosing this option you are agreeing not to hold 3Decals liable for any packages lost or stolen or undelivered by the USPS. No replacements will be made by 3Decals for any lost, stolen or damaged packages with this shipping option (orders under $34.99)
USPS w/tracking-$6.00 (for order under $34.99). This option guarantees 3Decals will be responsible for the delivery of your package. If a package or its contents are lost or damaged in shipping please contact us via email immediately using firstname.lastname@example.org If damaged, please send the package back to us, once verified the damage is due to shipping or manufacture defect, your shipping charges will be returned to you and replacement decals will be sent. All items must be in original condition as you received it in order to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Free Shipping-USPS with tracking applies to all orders over $35.00
USPS Priority Mail 2 Day shipping- $7.95 is available on the website
UPS or Fed Ex is available upon your request. Please email us your request along the the shipping address so we can quote you a price. This option will delay the shipment of your decals.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange on any stock items. No custom orders are available for exchange or return unless a manufacturing defect has occurred. If there is a defect in manufacturing please contact us immediately. Please send the effected items back to be evaluated and compared to your proof of design that you received for your approval before any decals, custom plaques or any other custom items are produced. If a defect or manufacturing error has been found, your item will be corrected and replaced at no cost to you. We will also ship your corrected items back to you for free and will credit you back any shipping charges you incurred returning it to us.
